Connect 5 is a workforce training programme that has been created to upskill non-mental health specialists to better understand and feel confident to have everyday conversations about mental health and wellbeing in their everyday encounters.
Connect 5 is a three-part programme which is undertaken in three separate modules. Each module is three hours long and can take place face to face or virtually. The programme underpins the Making Every Contact Count (MECC) and Personalised approach to support how to best use these skills and local signposting for frontline staff and volunteers.

Thursday 9th March 2023 from 9:00am - 12:30pm (Day 2)
Friday 24th March 2023 from 13:00pm - 16:30pm (Day 3)
You will need to register online to each day of the course. You must be able to attend all 3 days.
All registered attendees will receive a download one week before the event which they will need to print.
Please log in 5 mins prior to the start, as the session will begin promptly at 9am. A working camera and microphone are essential for this session.
