LUNCH & LEARN - Co-Production: What does it really mean?

No prior booking is required for this event.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This session is suitable for all staff and volunteers across the North East and North Cumbria health and care system. If you have any queries about your eligibility to attend, please get in touch.

ABOUT THE SESSION

Boost, in collaboration with North Cumbria Knowledge and Library Services, are planning a series of Lunch and Learns. These are 30 minute, virtual, informal sessions that take place at lunchtime - while you take a break and eat, you can listen to our invited speaker give a short talk sharing their experience of improvement work. The session is then open to anyone who has questions or reflections to offer.

Join us for this Lunch and Learn to hear from Karen Kirk (Boost Programme Manager, North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board) on 'Co-Production: What does it really mean?'.

The session will help to build confidence and capability around what co-production is and is not. We will understand the behaviours required for creating a collaborative approach to service design and improvement, and learn how to inspire others to get involved.

About our speaker...

Karen is accountable for developing and delivering our leadership programme offer as well as offering bespoke organisation development and improvement support to all system partners in health and care.

She is passionate about working with communities to improve health outcomes, and supports partners to come together to co-design health and care interventions.

The session will take place via Microsoft Teams, and will be recorded. Please click here to join this Lunch & Learn...
