Working with Communities - Building a Community-Powered Culture (Cohort 4)

This session is suitable for all staff and volunteers across the North East and North Cumbria health and care system, who would like to get involved and know more about community powered approaches. If you have any queries about your eligibility to attend, please get in touch.

This programme forms part of a series of five online workshops. You do not need to attend all five and can attend the workshops in any order, although we recommend you start with 'Community Powered Health and Care - The Essentials'.

Understanding how organisational transformation happens in practice. Reimagining how health and care organisations relate not just to their direct partners in integration, but to the communities, places and economies they are part of.

What you will learn:

  • How to shift culture towards collaboration with communities
  • Exploration of mindsets and behaviours to enable a listening organisation to thrive
  • Structural changes needed to support community engagement into culture

The session will take place via Microsoft Teams, and a link will be emailed to registered delegates a few days in advance.

If you have any queries about this event or any special requirements, please get in touch.
